Panepinto Global Partners has its first Korean project in Songdo International City, which is the most substantially developed district of the three in the IFEZ. Songdo International City began development in 1994 with 13,162 acres/53 km² of reclaimed tideland and is poised to become a center of international business and global trade integrated with eco-friendly urban residential complexes with a projected population of 252,000. IFEZ has been one of the most successful free economic zones of the six in South Korea and most active in residential sales in recent years. The Central Park
The 100-acre Central Park, connecting urban life with nature, is part of the 600 acres of green space within the city.
The Songdo Convensia
The Songdo Convensia, serving as Incheon's primary convention center showcasing South Korea’s largest column-free interior space.
The Songdo International School
The Songdo International School for kindergarten through high school education in an environment nurturing a global community.
Incheon Bridge
The 7.4-mile-long Incheon Bridge completed in early 2010, connecting the Songdo International City and Yeongjong Island, affording a 10-minute drive to the Incheon International Airport.
